Easy two block walk to the esplanade

Close to the Esplanade and city centre. Good facilities and friendly and helpful,caring staff. Nice views from the tower room. The bed was very comfy and I love how they have a separate sink from the toilets for tea/coffee making facilities.Beautiful mirrors but a full length one would be an added bonus. A spacious room and balcony.

Did not use breakfast service. Location great and was good to see hotel being refurbished and upgraded as rooms looking a bit worn and tired. The staff were great and could not do enough to help

Travel for work , no idea why it was as cheap as it was , terrific value for money - great staff , in particular the lady behind the desk at reception I wish I could remember her name - excellent

great location. answered about breakfast in another survey (poor) although this was in conjunction with another party

property was in a great location to the esplanade and restaurants, had a kettle, tv, small sofa chairs, air con and fan
